I was just looking down at my mousepad and actually and coincidentally it is from The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society back in 2006 for my work on the Bob and Tom Radiothon. At the top it reads "Relentless for a Cure". And as I open this blog daily to write and see Tressa's face I say "no more" this can never happen again.
With these letters* that I posted as promised I trust we can start to make impact. There are a couple of things that may surprise you on what we are doing of course you'll want to read through it but it will definitely be the gift that keeps on giving and for us that was so important to do that. This campaign only two months long is not enough time and for me it goes beyond that it's about finding that cure for blood cancers. Yes we can make headway these next two months but it's only a beginning more will be necessary. The research, awareness and education needs to be continued and additional dollars needs to be raised so not another 10 minutes go by when we lose another to this devastating disease.
That's right relentless for a cure that's us and that's the campaign.
